Master of the harp: Perfection, Inspiration, Evolution

Requirements: 14+ years old, music education/professional. Strictly limited number of participants- up to 12 people

Schedule:

• Arrival in the afternoon in Billorgues Friday July 18

• First day of class Saturday July 19

• Student concert Sunday July 27

• Departure in the morning from Billorgues Monday July 28

Objectives :

• Perfecting harp technique

• Advanced musicality

• Overcoming any difficulties

• Preparing for auditions and exams

• Managing repertoire and presentation

Concerts and activities

• Attending Alexander’s concerts and living the backstage experience of a major modern musician

• As part of the "folles semaines de Billorgues" students will be able to go to two or three concerts.

• Student concert on the last day followed by cocktails

• A visit of Clairvaux,and a winemakers property with tasting (+ 18) and diner

• A visit of nearby city Conques and its beautiful Roman Abbey.
  

Transfers and accomodation

• Transfer to/from the camp grounds from/to local train stations and airport,

• Lodging in simple, double (shared) room (possibility for underage students in a double room with their tutor),

• Full board week, including organic and fresh local produce.

cancellation policy

Before 30 June: L’Instrumentarium Academy will only reimburse the fees on presentation of a medical certificate or irrefutable evidence that the participant is unable to attend the course. A full refund minus an application fee of EUR200 will occur.

After June 30: no cancellation or change for a course shall be accepted. The student shall therefore be liable for any sums owed.

In addition, in the event of external events beyond its control or if one or more professors are unavailable or there are not enough participants, L’Instrumentarium Academy reserves the right to cancel all or part of the course. The amounts paid shall then be refunded, with the exclusion of any compensation.

Any students who leave the course without a valid reason shall not be entitled to claim any refund. This also applies to accommodation costs.
